You must agree to these Terms of Use to access the COUNTRY Financial® Business to Business Portal ("Portal"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the Portal.

  1. Privacy and Data Security. By using the Portal of CC Services, Inc., and its insurance affiliates (collectively, "COUNTRY Financial"), you agree that you have no expectation of privacy in connection with your use of the Portal. All materials, communications, or other activities on the Portal are owned by COUNTRY Financial and are subject to monitoring without any additional notice to you.

    You will maintain the confidentiality of any nonpublic personal information of any consumer of CC Services, Inc., or its insurance or financial services affiliates (collectively, "COUNTRY Financial"). You will use any information obtained through the Portal solely for the purpose of evaluating the compliance of your borrowers under one or more debt instruments held by you based on COUNTRY Financial records, without the benefit of a further agreement governing treatment of such information requested by you and provided by COUNTRY Financial.

    You will not disclose any portion of COUNTRY's confidential information, including but not limited to COUNTRY consumer information, to any person other than your employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, officers, or directors with a need to know or who require such material for the purposes set forth in the preceding paragraph. You agree to be responsible for enforcing the terms of these Terms of Use as to all persons to whom you disclose Confidential Information, and to take such actions that are commercially reasonable to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use.

    You will protect all COUNTRY Financial consumer information with at least the same degree of care that you use to protect your own confidential information, but in no event less than compliance with applicable laws. You will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that each person to whom you give access to COUNTRY Financial consumer information under these Terms of Use observes the requirements thereto.

  2. Prohibitions on Use. You may not:

    • Access the Portal using any personal or public electronic device.
    • Provide web links to any person who is not a registered user of the Portal.
    • Disclose or share any confidential or proprietary COUNTRY Financial information.
    • Access or connect to the Portal using any personal or public electronic device.
    • Provide any person's Social Security number through use of the Portal.

  3. No Warranty. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PORTAL IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS BASIS. COUNTRY Financial DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF ANY SUCH INFORMATION AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF SECURITY, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  4. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms of Use to any other person or entity without the prior written consent of COUNTRY Financial. COUNTRY Financial reserves the right to deny any request for assignment in COUNTRY Financial's sole discretion.

  5. Disabling Access. COUNTRY Financial may in its sole discretion revoke any rights you have to log on to or access the Portal.

  6. Changes to Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may be amended from time to time. Each time you log in to the Portal, you reaffirm the Terms of Use, as amended at that time.

  7. Compliance with Terms of Use. Failure to comply with these Terms of Use or the Terms and Conditions of www.countryfinancial.com may result in suspension or revocation of your access privileges, or other action deemed appropriate by COUNTRY Financial in its sole discretion.
